The rules that make it safe to try
Early settlement only works if trying costs nothing — no signal, no exposure, no commitment. These rules are the product.
Confidential by design
Your submissions — including the figure you'd settle at — are never shown to the other side. Every exchange on the platform is a settlement communication, inadmissible in any later proceeding. If the match fails, your numbers are destroyed unseen, and the record shows nothing.
You stay in control
You keep your own counsel at every step, and your counsel directs the process. Wireroom is a neutral platform: it provides information — valuations, forecasts, structure — never legal advice, and never a recommendation to either side.
Nothing binds until your lawyers sign
A successful match produces a settlement figure — not a contract. Your own lawyers draft and execute the formal agreement. Until they do, nothing on the platform obligates you to anything.
Walk away anytime, silently
Either party may withdraw at any point, for any reason, at no cost — and the other side is never told why, or what stage you'd reached. Withdrawal carries no penalty and creates no record.
Fees only on resolution
Screening is free. Wireroom earns a fee only when a case actually settles. We have no incentive to prolong anything — the opposite of the economics your dispute is currently trapped in.
